Second-hand books will be offered for sale at the Lions Trash and Treasure Market on Sunday morning 18th March.

Proceeds from the market stall will be used to help fund the postage needed to send books to schools in the Solomon Islands (a frinedship link project with SI Solomon Islands).  Any surplus funds will be used for other SI ACT & Monaoro 2018 club projects.  Any books not sold on the day will be donated the next day to the Lifeline book fair.

The market goes from 7am until noon and is held in the public carpark between Corinna St and Hindmarsh Drive, Woden (opposite Magnet Mart).

The forecast for the day is sunny with a maximum temperature of 25 degrees, and there are plenty of cafes nearby where you can grab a coffee while you dive into your new purchases. Why not come and buy books from our stall and/or to invite your book-loving friends to do so.
