Indulge in a truly festive and magical Christmas with Soroptimist International Club of Penang at our 2nd Magical Christmas Market, Gurney Paragon Mall-Atrium, Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 November 2017 from 10.00 am – 10.00 pm. Join us for a fun filled weekend for the whole family. The more you spend, the more you will be helping us raise funds for our club’s Education Fund and various community service projects to empower, educate and enable less privileged women and children in Penang.
SI-Penang’s “Magical Christmas Market” fundraising event will have over 100 vendors displaying their unique goods for your shopping pleasure. If you don’t like the commercial aspects of Christmas, a visit to our Magical Christmas Market might help to restore a little bit of the festive magic and keep to the saying “tis’ the season to be jolly”! Guests will have many hours to browse, shop, and buy gifts for loved ones and friends, all conveniently and magically located under one roof. Our Magical Christmas at the atrium will have the feel of a real Christmas market, filled with lots of gift ideas, locally inspired items, hard to find items, other specialty and beautiful hand crafted items, ornaments, candles, decorations, artworks, clothes, blankets, toys, books and so many other wonderfully unique offerings.
We will get you into the festive mood! Meet Santa, enjoy the carol singing and performances with continuous music and live entertainment planned throughout the 2-day event. Buy a raffle ticket and stand a chance to win fantastic raffle prizes, including the 1st prize worth RM30,000/-. Raffle prizes will be drawn every two hours.
There will be a special area designated just for the children who will be entertained with fun-filled games while the adults shop with peace of mind. Food lovers - a variety of scrumptious international and local dishes awaits you at the Festive Square located outside the Mall. It promises to be an awesome fun time, so see you there!!
