Carrie is a Digital Designer, with 10 years experience as an Information Technology Specialist, a Master’s Degree in Digital Design, and over 4 years experience in running an online business. She lives on a farm in the Scenic Rim, and is passionate about supporting rural communities through digital connectivity.

Dr Yong Wah Goh - Connecting to Self, Connecting to Others

This hands on workshop is being presented by Dr Yong Wah Goh.  Dr Yong Goh has been working closely with a company in Singapore to perfect the best techniques in stress management, which are currently being tested across the world.  You will learn first hand from Dr Goh.
